Albi nuove avventure

From 1946 to 1948 the Italian and Florentine editor Corrado Tedeschi published a series of separate comics-books which were presented as "Albi nuove avventure" (Albums new adventures) with several issues being devoted to The Phantom who didn't received here his usual Italian name of "L' Uomo Mascherato" but the one of "Il Fantasma Mascherato" (The Masked Phantom). The series – in which comic characters as "Cairo Jones","Genny la volante" and "Don Winslow"were also featured - was printed in a horizontal format and the "multi-image" golor covers were inspired from stories panels when the inside pages were in black & white.
