Biblioteka Nostalgija #12 was the twelfth album released in the Biblioteka Nostalgija series, and the fourth and last to include Phantom stories.

First 14 pages from story under title "Morska sirena" are from original story "The Mermaids of Melo Straits" (from November 12th to December 29th, 1945), but next 16 pages are from original story "The Governor and Suzie" (from January 2nd to February 26th, 1944). Both stories are incomplete.
