Sandal Singh is the daughter of Dogai Singh, and, as of 2008, the leader of the Singh Brotherhood as well as President of Bengali in Team Fantomen's stories.

Fictional character biography
Sandal did not appear until her father was presumed dead, after which she took control of the Brotherhood. Dogai Singh's Treasure As leader, she has reorganized the centuries-old crime organization into a well-respected business corporation known as Singh Incorporated. To the general public, Sandal's and Singh Incorporated's ties to criminal activities is unknown. Return of the Commander, Pt 1 For her protection she is always followed by her loyal bodyguard, Belim.

Ethnicity
Originally, she appeared to be of Indian ethnicity, like her father, Dogai. However, she then started to look Chinese. No explaination has been given for this. It is to be noted, however, that through the histories created by Team Fantomen the members of the Singh house has mostly appeared to have Indian or Chinese (East-Asian) ethicity, sometimes looking a bit Semitic (arabic).
