Plot Summary
The Phantom watches TV and hear that an American has capture a very big tiger somewhere in Africa. He recognizes that it could be Stripes, who live on Eden. He travel to Eden and discover that his thoughts were correct; Stripes has been taken to America.
The Phantom travels to the US and manages to get Stripes back to Bangalla.

Apparantly, Eden does not have any guards that protect it. Previously, it has been protected by the Bandar, and later by the Little People.
