The Phantom Limited Edition Subscribers Issue (or more commonly known as The Phantom #9) is the final issue of Wolf Publishing's Phantom series.
The issue was intended for subscribers only, and copies were individually numbered and signed by the editorial staff and the cover artist. It is the only issue in the series that was published in black/white.
