Plot summary
Maxwell Madison Jr. creates the first stable "fractal biot", a shape-shifter who is ordered by Maximum to impersonate the Phantom and criminalise him. The real Phantom must stop the fractal biot and stop Maximum from building more. Professor Jack Archer discovers Kit's true identity.
