History

Ughland is a small and poor country, a military dictatorship that was ruled by General Kon. Ughland

Together with Tarashima's General Ditto, the new Ughland ruler General Ugho bought nuclear weapons from a former Soviet state. The Phantom forced the two dictators to reveal where the bombs were hidden. Nukes

At the wedding of President Lamanda Luaga and Miss Tara Tagama, the Phantom prevented an assassination attempt. The assassin was a former palace guard from Ughland, however he was also a freedom fighter who deliberately failed his attempt. When First Lady Tara was kidnapped and held for ransom by General Krul of Ughland, she was able to send a coded message that led the Phantom to her location where she could be rescued. In Sweden, the name was perhaps a little bit too much, because the country was renamed Golana.
