Julie is the most known woman to have acted as the Phantom, and is often called The Female Phantom. When her brother became the Phantom, she remained in the Skull Cave. One day, her brother was wounded when he tried to free a missionary that had been taken by pirates. Julie had seen everything and saved her brother. She brought her brother back to the Skull Cave. Since her brother was injured, she took one of his spare suits and made it fit for her, then she put it on and went to save the missionary.
