Warren J. Shanahan (died March, 1997) was an American writer.
Shanahan wrote one of the Phantom novels published by Avon Books in the 1970's.
Author of "Rocket Robinhood" cartoons from the 1960's, also worked with Stan Lee on compiling "Spider-Man" stories.
