Plot synopsis
As ex-President Luaga is trying to convince The Phantom to re-enter Cyberspace they discover that Professor Unduula has breached security to access Professor Protherew's Cyber capsule. When the Phantom enters Cyberspace, he discovers that Professor Pogo Keillor has been made a new Titan and that Blaze Unduula is Timpenni.
