Plot synopsis

Caleb Stromness, the renowned engineer who swore to build a tunnel through a mountain, despite advise from the 17th Phantom, is still alive and well. Inside the mountain he and his followers are sustained by a fountain of youth. Using a steam train on an abandoned railway line, villagers nearby are kidnapped to work for King Caleb.
