Egmont Serieforlaget (Norway)

Egmont Serieforlaget in Norway is a national company of Egmont International Holding A/S and thereby owned by The Egmont Foundation. More specific it is a part of the Egmont Kids & Teens division of Egmont which is diveded into four national companies that is in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland. The company have the same name as the Danish national company.

It was formed when Egmont, in 1997, bought Semic Nordisk Forlag (Norway). It publishes Fantomet fortnightly and Fantomets Krønike 8 times a year.
